In 1956 brothers Roy and Haskel Prock formed Prock Drywall in Indianapolis. In 1961, recognizing the need for housing, they established Cloverleaf Development Company to develop single-family subdivisions and apartment communities. Dominion Realty, Inc. was developed in 1977 to serve as the managing agent for Cloverleaf Properties, Inc., the Construction Division.
Today, Dominion has expertise in managing a wide variety of properties including conventionally financed and government insured multifamily properties, commercial units, and offers in house insurance opportunities.
